Contract Agreement
Before we begin, let’s establish shared understanding about the work we are doing together. Please fill out the form below to kick off our collaboration.
Conditions and Notes:
- The Artist agrees to provide the following services:
- Custom illustration, logo design, or visual assets as described in the attached scope document or as mutually agreed upon.
- Deliverables will be provided in the format(s) specified (e.g., PNG, PDF).
- One round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $50 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Artist retains the right to use the work in a portfolio or marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- The client receives non-exclusive rights to use the final approved design for personal or business use, but not for resale unless licensed separately.
- While the Artist may use AI to support brainstorming or early design exploration, your final artwork is carefully and personally hand-drawn.
- Payment accepted via Venmo, PayPal, or other agreed method.
- Rush fees, if applicable, will be added at 20–50% depending on deadline.
